Kiira Health's virtual clinic is revolutionizing women's health for young women, starting with colleges and universities. Kiira's HIPAA compliant platform consists of a mobile app and web dashboard. The app seamlessly connects users to trusted clinicians including Primary Care Physicians, OB/GYN’s, Mental Health Experts/Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, and more via phone, video, and chat. College Administrators utilize the Kiira dashboard to manage the health of their students and track relevant analytics including cost savings, contact/outbreak tracing, top questions asked and general user activity to better serve their student population.

In this role, you will fill a key part in acquiring new customers and sharing the solutions Kiira provides for Colleges and Universities while managing inbound interest. It will be a fast-paced and impactful role with room for creativity and strategy alongside day-to-day execution.

By prospecting and managing the full sales process, you’ll play an indispensable role in building Kiira Health. We have seen our organization grow rapidly and our goal is to continue this trend and reach colleges and universities across the globe with our unique services.

In 90 days you will:

  • Have an established funnel of which sales will begin to convert.
  • You’ll start working cold leads both from campaigns generated by the leadership and marketing team and from generating leads yourself.
  • You’ll demonstrate success with these concepts by beating 3-month goals.
  • You’ll develop a keen understanding of client needs and how our services fit into helping them achieve their goals.


  • 3+ years in Sales, preferably with SAAS or digital products experience.
  • Experience selling to Higher Education.
  • Genuine passion to build diverse and inclusive workplaces.
  • Proven track record and success in designing and implementing growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfort working with and building strategies with administrative leadership across various colleges and universities.
  • An interest in building or accelerating your sales career.
  • Proven initiative and a competitive drive.
  • Excitement to bring forth ideas based on client needs and discussions.
  • Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organization and project management skills.
  • Passionate connecter and a problem solver.
  • Passion to keep growing and learning especially about the unique and evolving world of diversity and inclusion.
  • Experience with CRM - Pipedrive is a plus.
  • Desire to grow meaningful product.
